Weigh-In #19

Let's get right to it. I lost 2 pounds this week, which brings my total weight loss back to 45 pounds after my 2 week hiatus. I wanted to lose 4, but it just didn't happen. I didn't exercise enough this week. I decided not to set a pounds to lose goal for this week. Instead my goal is to blog at least 3 more nights this week. I always seem to have better weeks when I blog more throughout the week. I have been so busy the past few weeks I haven't done a very good job of posting. I would like to say thank you for all the sweet comments I received at church Sunday. You guys are really keeping me motivated. :)
