Crazy Weather

Wow!! Is it really December?!?!? I can't believe how nice it has been outside today. I enjoyed a 2 mile walk this afternoon, and I am planning on getting to church early and walking some more. It is also time to stop eating for the day. I plan on going to bed hungry tonight. I know not everyone agrees, but when I go to bed hungry I know I have had a good "diet day".
